RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Focus

• Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understand all Tier II & III procedures and rules of conduct.
• Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to other departments (such as NOCC, SPO, etc.), when necessary.

Desired Profile
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: 3 to 10 years.

Required:

• Expert knowledge of HP Unix.
• Should have good knowledge of HP-UX, MC Service guard, N-PAR,V-Par
• HP Certification preferred
• Good analytical skills
• Should be flexible for working in the 24 X 7 environment.
• Good communication skill
